Official Canterbury London Wasps home rugby shirt from the 1999/00 season. Complete with #4 on the back of the shirt in official numbering and original Premier Rugby patch on the sleeve.

This jersey was worn by Lawrence Dallaglio at some stage between 1999-2001 (in which this design was used by the club). The jersey was acquired by a former Wasps forwards coach that worked with the players during this period, and is himself now part of the 'Legends Club'. It was then given to the son of a close friend who kept it for over 20 years. A signed letter of confirmation from Classic15 Rugby Shirts will also be included with this item.

In the summer of 1999, the professional team — which had been operating as Wasps RFC (professional) since the 1996–97 season — was renamed as London Wasps, to differentiate it from Wasps FC, the amateur side of the club. At the same time they adopted a new logo, which was selected as being in keeping with the club's history.
