Official Canterbury London Wasps home rugby shirt from the 2005/06 season. Complete with Worsley #6 on the back of the shirt in official Premier Rugby lettering, original flock Guinness Premiership patch on the sleeve and match day sponsors on the chest, sleeve & upper rear.

This is Canterbury's superior 'player issue' version of the jersey, as worn by the players. It features a slimmer, tight fitting design, an upgraded material mix aimed at increased flexibility & durability, match day sponsor on the upper rear.

This jersey was worn by Joe Worsley in a Premiership rugby match during the 2005/06 season. The jersey was acquired by a former Wasps forwards coach that worked with the players during this period, and is himself now part of the 'Legends Club'. It was then given to the son of a close friend who kept it for over 20 years. A signed letter of confirmation from Classic15 Rugby Shirts will also be included with this item.

Worsley was born in London and educated at Hitchin Boys' School and Brunel University. He joined London Wasps at the age of 16 from Welwyn RFC. He went on to help Wasps win the Anglo-Welsh Cup in 1999 and 2000. He became the youngest player to represent England U21s, after being a member of the England Schools 18 Group Grand Slam team in 1994–95.

Amongst his trophies at Wasps were four Premiership titles in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008. Worsley played in all four finals, scoring a try in 2003. He also played in the victorious 2004 and 2007 Heineken Cup finals.
