Official Kooga Ospreys 3rd rugby shirt from the 2010/11 season.
This special edition charity jersey was issued to raise money for the Joshua Foundation, and was worn during the club's LV= Cup campaign.
This is Kooga's 'pro-fit' version of the jersey, designed for rugby players. It features printed sponsors on the collar, sleeves and back of the shirt including the Magers League logo not featured on the regular version of the jersey. Plus, reinforced stitching to the under arms and a different manufacturer label inside the garment, without a spare button.
Condition of this original rugby shirt is 9/10 - Superb (see photos).
Material is bright, vivid and smooth. Fantastic looking shirt, ideal for a collector or for framing.
2010–11 would not see the region reach the heights of the previous one. Despite winning all their home pool games in the Heineken Cup, a failure to win on the road proved costly, with Munster and Toulon progressing instead. Another win for Munster at Thomond Park on 14 May 2011, ended the Ospreys Celtic League aspirations at the semi-final stage.
